Tester Central
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Tester Central (testercentral.liap.ca) is where people test the mobile games and apps made by Moo Labs and earn rewards for it. This page explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
Tester Central is run by Moo Labs Canada. Questions or requests about your data: matt@liahonacontracting.com.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google or with a Moo Labs account we receive your name and email address. We also keep the username you choose, your region (Canada or Brazil), your language and your answers during onboarding.
- Your Google Play email, if you give us one, so we can grant you access to closed tests on Google Play.
- Testing activity. Our games report when you play (which game, when, and the IP address and device/browser details of the request). For Vocabi we receive which words you learned and when, which is how per-word rewards are counted. We also keep the feedback, ratings and test reports you send.
- Rewards. Entry tokens, draw entries, word earnings and records of payments made to you. To pay you we may ask for payment details (for example a Pix key in Brazil); those are used only to pay you.
- Visits to this site. IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the page you landed on, and which sign-in steps you reached. A random identifier is stored in your browser so a later sign-up can be linked to that visit.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and sign you in.
- To give you access to the games under test and tell you about new ones.
- To count your activity, award tokens, run the draws and pay rewards.
- To improve our games from your feedback, and to spot fraud or abuse of the rewards.
- To understand how visitors find us and where sign-up fails, so we can fix it.
Google sign-in data
From Google we receive only your basic profile: name and email address. We use it only to create your account, sign you in and contact you about testing. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with advertising services, and no human reads it except to support you or meet a legal duty.
Tester Central's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run Tester Central:
- Google: sign-in; adding your Google Play email to our testers group so Google Play gives you test access; and Google Fonts, which loads the site's typeface from Google's servers.
- Moo Labs account service (liap.ca): checks your sign-in and holds the account shared across Moo Labs apps.
- Reddit: we advertise on Reddit. Its pixel on this site records page visits and, when you sign up, that a sign-up happened, with an internal account number so it is counted once. We do not send Reddit your email address or name.
- Our email provider, to send you account and testing emails. Links in those emails can tell us they were clicked.
- Our hosting provider, whose servers store the data.
Draw winners are shown on the site only as the first two letters of their username. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active, and records of rewards and payments for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Visit records are used in aggregate. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing matt@liahonacontracting.com. You can stop testing at any time. In Brazil you have the rights given by the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), and in Canada those given by PIPEDA and provincial law. Blocking cookies and site data in your browser stops the visit identifier and the Reddit pixel.
Children
Tester Central is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, write to us and we will delete the account.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and its date. For a significant change we will also tell signed-up testers by email.
